Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items can only be returned after they have been delivered and received
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, in their original condition
- All tags and labels must remain attached
- Items may be tried on, but must not be worn
- Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not accepted
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@brianmichellevancouver.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Our support team will provide you with detailed return instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Important Notes
- We are not responsible for lost return shipments without valid tracking
- If incorrect shipping information is provided, this remains the responsibility of the customer
- Any changes to shipping details must be reported within 24 hours of placing your order
